    Multidimensional poverty rate falls to 1.3% in 2025

    Viet Nam’s multidimensional poverty rate has fallen from 4.4% in 2021 to 1.3% in 2025, a decline of 3.1% over the five-year period, according to the Government’s Summary Report on the Implementation of the 2025 Socio-Economic Development Plan and the 2021 2025 Five-Year Plan, and the Draft 2026 Socio-Economic Development Plan.
